Do I need a permit for my sign?

Do you provide maintenance and repair services?

Can you help with the design if I don’t have one?

How long does it take to complete a sign project?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the project. A simple indoor sign may take a few days, while large illuminated or monument signs can take several weeks due to design approvals, permitting, fabrication, and installation. We provide a clear timeline during the planning stage so you know what to expect.

What types of signs do you offer?

We design, manufacture, and install a wide variety of signs, including indoor and outdoor signage, illuminated channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, lobby signs, vehicle wraps, and wayfinding systems. Each project is customized to meet the client’s branding, space, and regulatory requirements.

I already have my logo — so we’re good to go, right?

Usually that’s a great start, but it is rarely the final production file. A logo pulled from a website, screenshot, or social profile often looks sharp on a phone and looks terrible (jagged edges, distorted images, lost resolution, etc.) when we scale it for printing in a large format printer.

Can’t you just use this image I sent? It looks fine to me.

It may look fine at small size, but printing at a larger scale shows all blemishes. We need artwork with enough real detail and clean edges so it does not turn blurry, jagged, or soft once printed as the expected banner, sign, or vehicle graphic.

I used AI to make my artwork — can’t you just print that?

Sometimes...and only "sometimes". AI images are typically not "production/print-ready" images. They often require "extra cleanup under the hood that you cannot see on a phone/tablet, or laptop. They can have strange details, inconsistent edges, fake text, and unclear shapes that result in poor quality print products. Our designers still need to fix spacing, sharpen details, rebuild missing parts, delete errant pixels, and make sure the final printed image and intended message can actually be printed, read, seen and interpreted in the manner the customer expects.

Can I get this by Friday? It’s just a simple sign.

Maybe, but “simple” for the customer typically involves designing for large format printers, proofing, customer revisions and approving, printing, drying, curing time, finishing, inspecting for quality, and shipping. Your project matters to us, but please understand that it joins a production queue of existing "I just need a simple sign" jobs that are also considered "urgent".
